We have progressed so much.
And created children.
And the children grew.
And the children started thinking along you.
And the children matured.
And they ended up being a better you.
Now you look for their advice.
Now you admire whatever they have to say.
But no matter how much they evolve, how much they become better than us, one thing we will never understand. That they constantly look up to us. Trying to be us. Admiring us for being here. Thinking where there was nothing but noise and blood.

Pain and lust. Trying to survive. Animals and other humans.
Killing, fighting, loving.
Look my child.
All this is not in the past.
It is our future.
If we keep on thinking that others are better than us...
